Four ingredient pancakes?! Now we're talkin'.
After discovering this recipe online last week...let's just say I've made it a few times. Switching it up and making it with Orange Greek yogurt was also a stroke of genius inspired by Stephen. Once I even got real fancy and put pieces of sliced banana in each pancake, spread more greek yogurt on top when they were done, drizzled on a bit of maple syrup and topped with fresh bananas. YUM.
